Return Policy

Plan Mobile Return Policy Conditions

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To process a return or exchange, you will need to provide the following:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, or unused, with tags, labels, and in its original packaging. Original packaging and all items originally included (including manuals, accessories, gifts with purchase, bonus items, and any other included items). If the earphones included in cell phone boxes are opened, incur a $40 fee due to hygiene reasons.
  • For shipments that are not claimed at the carrier pickup location by the buyer and are returned to our warehouse, please note that a $25 fee will be applied before we can process your refund.
  • To start a return, you can contact us to send you the instructions on how and/or where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
  • Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once processed, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
